To cancel your program booking, you must notify us via email at hello@fromrootstobridges.com.

Refunds typically take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on the participants’ statement. When you initiate a refund through WeTravel, you will receive the full refund amount to your payment method. Once a refund is issued, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Whenever possible, we recommend making payments through bank transfer to minimize transaction fees for both the customer and From Roots to Bridges.

Cancellation fees and refunds are based on the total program cost and apply as follows:

More than 60 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee (non-refundable deposit)

​

45–60 days before departure: 40% cancellation fee and 60% refund

​

30–45 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee and 40% refund

​

Less than 30 days before departure: No Refund 

​

After departure: No Refund

​

For excruciating circumstances such as illness, we recommend that you purchase third party trip cancellation insurance.
