Homecoming Experience

Designed for overseas Chinese and adoptees from China, these trips are designed to help you rediscover your roots in China. We can guide you through the process of finding your birth parents (for adoptees), help you trace and visit your ancestral hometown (for overseas Chinese and adoptees) and help you dig deep into the history, culture and cuisine of your ancestors.

Culinary Experience

If you are a foodie (like us!) and you want to focus your Asia trip on the cuisine of a country and its regions, we can arrange the experience of bringing you to off-the-radar restaurants, street stalls, and markets that we have personally vetted. We can also coordinate 1-to-1 or group cooking classes, where you meet with local chef(s) to learn how to cook the cuisine so you can bring home new skills, ingredients and flavors.

Digital Nomad Experience

If you are a digital nomad and want to spend a longer period of time in China, Vietnam, or Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan), we can arrange a trip that works for your schedule and allows you to still experience authentic daily life in the country and region of your choice. As digital nomads ourselves, we understand your needs for internet connectivity, amenities, and community.

Language Immersion Experience

If you are looking to build your Mandarin Chinese skills by immersing yourself in a classroom and real world setting, we can arrange a trip that matches your current and desired language proficiency level. We partner with a local Mandarin school in China to create a 1 - 4 week group class experience (you choose the duration) and combine it with a group China trip that gives you real world practice.

Together with Grace and Yongjian, we travelled for almost 2 weeks through the province of Yunnan. Having never been to China, we felt a bit overwhelmed with the required preparations for this huge country. Even before we crossed the border from Vietnam to China, they prepared us in every possible way. From how to use Alipay and WeChat, to buying SIM Cards and setting up a VPN.
